Logging in and updating my account was straightforward, so no real complaints there. I did have one small question, and support got it sorted quickly without making it a hassle. That said, it would’ve been nice if they’d at least acknowledged the confusion or apologized for it

I was a little worried I’d be running around forever trying to find the right fabrics, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. I found every fabric I needed without much hassle, which was such a relief. Happy with the whole experience!

"Swatches made the choice way easier"
I ordered a few swatches before committing to the fabric, and they arrived quickly. I’ve bought fabric online before and ended up surprised by the color or feel, so being able to see the texture in person really helped. The colors were close to the photos too. I’d definitely order again

I accidentally ordered the wrong fabric and had to send it back. The return process was clear, and I got my refund a few days after they recieved the package. No annoying back and forth or weird hoops to jump through, which I really appreciated. I’d defintely order from them again.

"Tax exemption got handled, just took a bit"
I ordered some fabric for our school and needed the tax exemption applied. It didn’t happen right away, I had to send over the form and then wait a little, which had me wondering for a minute if it would get done before the order shipped. But support did take care of it in time, and the order went through without tax added. I do wish the steps were a little clearer on the site, because that would’ve saved some back-and-forth, but in the end it worked out fine. I’d give it 4 stars...

"Pretty Solid Prices for Fabric"
I’m always a little biased toward places that help me save on fabric, so this site definitely won me over a bit. I was trying to keep costs down, and their prices were better than a lot of other shops I checked. The fabric was still nice for what I paid too, which was a relief. If you need a few yards without spending a ton, I’d say it’s a good value.

"Really good packaging"
My fabric order showed up in great shape. The box wasn’t all beat up. Everything inside was folded nicely too. Not smashed like I’ve seen from other places. I also liked that the fabric was wrapped in plastic. It was raining that day, so that helped a lot. Nothing got wet or dirty. Simple, but it matters. I’d give them 5 stars just for the care they took with the packaging.

"Shipping has been really dependable for me"
I’ve ordered from fabricwholesaledirect.com a few times now, the shipping has been smoother than what I’ve dealt with from some other fabric sites. The tracking updates came through quickly, and the boxes actually kept moving when the tracking said they would.

Nothing has shown up late or damaged so far, which I really appreciate when ordering fabric. Compared to a couple places where I’ve had packages sit around with no updates, this has been simple and stress-free — order, track it, and have it arrive when expected.

The promo code worked for me at checkout, and the discount popped up right away in the order summary. I always check the total before and after, including the little tax/shipping line, and everything looked right. No strange error messages or disappearing discount this time

I was on the site the other day, actually it might’ve been last week, I can’t remember, but it was really easy to get around. I found the fabric I needed quickly, and the filters helped a lot. Checkout was straightforward too, and I didn’t have any trouble using it on my phone.

I ordered a large amount of fabric for a school event, and I was kind of expecting something to get mixed up with all of that. But everything showed up in the right colors, and the yardage was correct, so that was a relief.
Shipping was pretty much around the time they said it would be, and the boxes were packed fine. I had a question before placing the order, and they got back to me quick enough. I’d definitely order bulk from them again if I needed this kind of thing.
